RESIDENT REFERRAL PROGRAM Just a little reminder that
if you physically bring someone into the office, and they sign a
lease we will happily give you a $500.00 TD Gift Card, just in time
for holiday shopping. If someone mentions your name on their
application as the referral, you will get a $200.00 rent credit.

IT’S
INEVITABLE
As much as we may not want to
think about it, winter IS coming, probably some snow, maybe a lot,
possibly some ice as well and most likely very cold, but you know
what? I hope I’m wrong! But just in case I’m
right, let’s be prepared. Buy a snow shovel or 2 now. Make
sure your car has extra windshield washer fluid on hand and boots,
I always say, can’t have too many pairs J
SPRING / FALL FLOWER
GARDENS
To those who planted spring /
summer flowers…WOW! They all looked so beautiful. Pansies
are a good fall and winter flower to plant. Pansies like the cooler
weather and if not disturbed by rock salt, they should re-bloom in
the spring. However now is the time to clean up the flowers bed and
pull out those dead summer flowers, please

SCHOOL
Hard to believe the kids are
back to school. Keep a watchful eye at the entrances for our little
ones at the bus stop. They are filled with energy in the morning
and after school and most likely running around.
COMMENTS,
SUGGESTIONS
I’ve received some
suggestions about having a Fall Fest at Radwyn. It is obvious to me
that residents do want to get together with families and get to
know each other. We may not be able to make it lavish but we will
have Tenant Appreciation Day on a week end, please attend, bring
your children and get to know your neighbors. Please continue to
send me your suggestions and comments. I need to know what you
would like and also not want! Help me out here ok?

If
you smoke and you have decided to smoke outside, not all people are
appreciative of the smoke and cigarette butts being left behind. If
you have neighbors living below you, please be mindful of ashes and
butts that may fall to the patio below. If you live in a first
floor apartment, please do not leave your cigarette butts outside.
